Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, surname, shipping and or physical address, cellphone number and email address. This information is confidential and is only used within Koa Clothing and our third-party courier service to deliver your order. If you receive an item within your order that is defective or damaged, you have 7 calendar days to notify us and arrange its replacement.

Shipping

Some parts of our service are billed, including, but not limited to Doorstep Delivery amounting to a flat rate of R80. You will be billed for the above mentioned at the checkout point. If you decide to return your order for a refund, the subtotal amount will be refunded, hence, the order amount less shipping costs. 

Content

Our images are reserved for use by Koa Clothing. Use of images without permission will result in legal steps being taken.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our discretion.
